Tonsil Stone: Post nasal drip can be from allergic rhinitis. You mention that you are on a steroid nasal spray and have nasal polyps. The bump you mentioned; if it is white/beige like a spitball, it was likely a tonsilith (tonsil stone) . They can dislodge on their own and be swallowed. It is best to be examined for your specific diagnosis and treatment plan. An ENT specialist would be best.
