Im 5 days into covid and recovering. lost sense of smell and taste. one new thing im noticing is a tingling/pressure release sensation in my nasal passages and feels almost like its opening up the airway. what could this be? feels odd. thanks?

Sounds like normal sensations as inflamed nasal passages shrink in size and inflammation. You'll do fine.
