Dealing with behets since 2020. now have more lesions on chest and vaginal area. derm, obgyn, and rheumatologist done nothing. been on steroidsoff steroids now after 5 months. still have vaginal lesions. what can i take orally or topically??

There are several oral medications besides local and oral steroids for recurrent skin and mucosal ulcers in Behçet's disease. I would recommend a second opinion, either from a different dermatologist or rheumatologist.
