I am currently 16 and 5'6 168cm. i am not growing properly since the covid pandamic and have grown just about an inch since a year. i have hit puberty at age 12-13. will i be able to reach 175cm ?

Your expected final height based on genetics is the average of both parents plus 5cm +/-. If you have only grown 2,5 cm in the past year you the slowing suggests you are near the end. An x-ray of your wrist/hand could be examined for growth centers. If wide open, you grow more/if closed you are done.
