The nocturnal incontinence could well be a sign of a nighttime epileptic event, if no alternative explanation is forthcoming, an EEG might "clear the air". Must caution, at this point, to be on safe side, and avoid driving, use of power equipment, activities at heights, and bathing and/or swimming alone. Consider neurological involvement.
