Yesterday (still feeling it a bit today) i had flashes of feeling like my head was burning from back of head/neck that was radiating around my scalp, and when i woke up i found i had peed myself, and i havent done this in 20 years. are these related?

The symptoms you experienced are abnormal and likely related but I would advise observation for now. If they recur, especially the incontinence, you should see a neurologist.
