My girlfriend is peeing out a little blood in her urine and she is positive with covid as well. what could it be? any suggestions? its not a lot but its something..?!?

Since she is positive, home treatment is not the answer. See a doctor for the proper treatment, as well as reason for blood in urine. Has she had an injection and been boosted ? is she capable of infecting others? that's why she needs an exam and treatment.

Covid has been reported to cause hemorrhagic cystitis and, since this is not a bacterial infection, the urine culture will not be positive. Nevertheless a bacterial infection as a cause of her urinating blood must still be checked for as it could coexist with a covid infection. A kidney stone is a less likely possibility.
