What can i use to help kidney stone to pass? pain mostly in groin and urine dipstick bloodtrace...all else fine. history of kidney stones. have been hidrating and using buscopan. cant see doc now as my husband is covid positive and i am quarantined.

Size and water: If the stone is larger than 5 mm in size, it is unlikely to pass on its own. For stone(s) smaller than that, you can facilitate the process by drinking enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!
