I have a pituitary microadenoma, diagnosed in 2020. it has not grown but my recent report says abnormal enhancement and focal abnormal t2 signal mass. i just need a better understanding of what those notes mean?

Not normal. Discuss with a Dr who has seen your imaging you are worried about. Different machines and readers may see it differently. Was it done on exactly the same machine and both read by same reader? Did second Dr have prev scan to compare? Not mentioned in report.

Radiologist report for MRI states, 4 mm region of hypoenhancement within the left aspect of the pituitary gland potentially reflecting a microadenoma. Does this mean hes unsure or that results need to be combined with bloodwork for diagnosis?
My recent MRI of my pituitary does not state that the mass is invading my sinus cavity but it does say mass effect and mild chronic changes of the ethmoid air cells and frontal sinus. Does that suggest its invading?
The pituitary gland is somewhat heterogeneous but no well defined mass is seen. There are areas of heterogeneity with in the pituitary on both the sagittal and coronal reconstructions. Does this simply mean I have an irregular pituitary gland?
