Mri recent brain report came out as 1.2cm dural based lesions hypointense with t1, t2- weighted images mild central enhancement. mri report in 2021 says dural based mass 1.1*0.9*1.3 heterogeneous low singl.q. is by now how big is it? its benign or?

No way here to review films, but would suspect that possible meningiomas are present. Best to have follow-up with a neurologist or neurosurgeon and compare directly the 2021 images with the current films.
