22 year old female- abdominal in lower, front, right, hip area. spontaneous sharp pain and it hurt with pressure. had a colonoscopy and didn't find anything. feels better with knees to chest. don't think it's appendicitis, kidney stones, or uti?

Occasionally, if you are not on oral bcp's, a cyst may form in your ovary, and if enlarging, can cause pain. Your GYN physician may order an ultrasound of the pelvis if the pain persists. Pelvic infections are sometimes not symmetrical and can also cause pain.

It is surprising that you had colonoscopy for lower abdominal pain without other investigations first. You need to see a good MD who does a proper History and Physical exam and orders appropriat investigations for abdominal pain can occur due to a lot of conditions. Good luck
