I accidentally swallowed the round bit on a soda can (the part that folds inside when you pop the tab). i had a few x-rays as soon as i swallowed it but nothing showed up in them. should i be worried?

The soda can tab is very small and it should be able to pass in your stool without difficulty. If you develop symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting, fever, then go to the nearest ER. Are you sure you swallowed it? If it is metal, it should be on the x-ray but either way, it should pass without difficulty. Good luck to you!
