ENT: You may want to see an ENT specialist and demonstrate it. Also, may want to quit smoking ASAP. As you know, it can cause head and neck cancer. Your dr. can help you quit. It sounds musculoskeletal in origin, though. Did you strain your neck somehow?

See md: Complaints are unusual-see your MD. As far as smoking-the decimal place makes all the difference. Pack years are the number of packs(20 cig) per day times number of years smoked. The .25 pk yr would be equivalent to just over 1 cigarette a day, vs 1/4 pack(5 cigs) per day giving a 1 pk yr, or worse case a 25 pk year history implying 6 packs per day(which I have seen).Stop smoking to avoid illness
