I was shrugging my shoulders and felt a pop in front of my throat area about 2 months ago. ever since i have popping and clicking in my upper throat whenever i swallow, its difficult swallowing. ct scan showed nothing was wrong. what should i do?

Have your Dr listen with a stethoscope as you move to produce the pop. That should give some good clues where it is coming from. May need to see ENT.
