Removal of one ovary should not appreciably reduce chances of pregnancy, unless your Fallopian tubes are blocked, and/or there may be male factors of decreased sperm counts. Thyroid surgery if "partial" will not diminish pregnancy chances if the thyroid hormone levels return to normal after such surgery. Recommend seeing a reproductive endocrinologist for fertility issues.
