I was eating ramen and felt like some went the wrong way. i coughed a little and it passed but im afraid i aspirated some noodles into my lungs. any recommendation?

Aspiration of any foreign material would trigger repetative coughing spells. If this episode did not I wouldn't worry about it. If you do develop episodic coughing spells see your doc & explain your concern.

If cough has cleared, you have most likely expelled the noodles that got in your airway. Any foreign body that gets in the airway will trigger a severe cough spell meant to clear the airway. In case your cough persists, see your doc in order to better explain your symptoms.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Unless you get fever and coughing with purulent sputum it is highly unlikely that you aspirated anything into your lungs. Wish you good health!
