I have spoken to my primary dr. several times, and after x rays emgs in both hands/ arms and every blood test she's given me so far still nothing. hands/ feet get worse with any kind of heat. wether it's from using them or just the outside elements?

Get worse is a very broad term. Syspect you have an autonomic problem. See if you can get a consult at Vanderbilt with experts in this area. In the mean time take good notes on what your body is saying to you so you can share with them and your primary.
