I have pins/needles in feet/hands for 2 years. emg/nerve study/mri/bloodwork all clean. pooling of blood in feet after sitting on exam table as well.

Impression: You have not had all the causes assessed at this point, but gather that MRI looked at least at brain, but if no views of neck, these films could be added. However, I would want to exclude a "small fiber neuropathy", and medication reactions, but would also check a B-6 level, if that is lacking also. Think a Concierge appt. could clarify directions.
