I woke up this morning with liquid diarrhea that is cloudy and sulphuric burps and vomiting with upper abdominal pain. i also have had c diff previously. i cant keep anything down. i take victoza, losartan hctz, toprol xr and aciphex. suggestions?

You have acute gastroenteritis (from food, viral or bacterial source), nothing to do with recent C. diff colitis. You should be hospitalized for IVF + symptomatic therapy due to significant med history. Losartan Hctz should be held due to risk of AKI, Victoza dose should be held or reduced for avoiding low sugar. If you stay home, try to keep hydration if possible with oral liquid as tolerated.
