Woke up this morning with minor discomfort upper abdomen, burping egg taste, and diarrhea. had this same thing approximately one month ago. what causes this? and what can i do to help ease symptoms?

Egg has many tastes. Like raw eggs, rotten eggs, deviled eggs, fried eggs. Connecting both burping and diarrhea would make me suspicious that you have a GI viral infection. Anyone else sick at home or work?
