Allergies likely: Try generic Flonase at night, it's a steroid that will decrease the rhinitis sx' turning your post nasal drip into an antiinflammatory helping with post nasal drip sore throat and relieving sinus pressure. In the meantime Claritin d which has to be purchased from behind the pharmacy counter; it should help.
