Got stung by a wasp about 2 and a half hours ago. thumb is somewhat swollen on the pad and "fat" feeling. how long do i need to watch for potential anaphylactic reaction? pain has greatly reduced in the last hour or so?

Anaphylaxis usually occurs very quickly but can take a half hour at times. You manifest no major allergic reaction. Take an antihistamine if bite area itches.
