Rare but possible: It is exceedingly rare, but not unheard of, to have delayed anaphylaxis to a sting, and the mechanism, of course, is unexplainable (theoretically, perhaps, T-cell mediated anaphylaxis to peptide components). Regardless, you should be seen urgently for a proper assessment of your airway, and treatment as indicated. A referral to allergist should be the next step.
