Ice and elevate: Sounds like this is a reaction to the sting. I'd recommend ice, elevating your foot, using nsaids (like ibuprofen), and benadryl (diphenhydramine).

Antihistamine: Like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) ice to the area and elevation. If no improvement and condition worsens head to your local emergency room.
