Very good evening doctors. I took a rapid antigen and a PCR covid test because a close contact tested positive. I tested negative for both tests. If I don't have symptoms, when in the future should I take a covid test again, either rapid or PCR test?
How reliable are antigen tests? is there a high chance I could get a false positive for covid? I did the pcr test twice and both came back negative?
I am fully vaccinated with Pfizer. I had a potential exposure three days ago. Could a PCR test give me a false positive in that I fought it off but still show positive? Could a rapid antigen test give me a good idea if I was positive at this point?
