I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, grains, and such which i believe are folic acid rich, in addition to a prenatal. am i putting my baby at risk of cp or autism if i am eating too much folic acid foods? how can i know what's too much?

Eat a healthy diet, w sources of Calcium, Vitamin D and lean protein. Watch for signs of high weight gain, hypertension and high blood sugar levels. Regular visits w your OB is recommended.

Folic acid is one of many vitamin products that flush out of your body the day it is ingested it not used in the bodies metabolic work. I would not be concerned about overdoing this agent. Follow a well-balanced diet and keep your checkup appointments. You should do fine.
