I have a weird feeling in my right foot. it feels like my vein is going to burst. it feels like a little section of my foot, the top, feels like its filled with blood. theres some kind of pressure. what could this be?

It is hard to say but you could have a small vessel and it may be swelling and causing fluid leakage through the vessel. It is best to elevate your feet when you can. A picture of your foot would help see what is going on.
