I am having a ultra sound for cancer if it comes out bad does it mean i have cancer or i don't have a cyst or something and they need a biopsy to find whether its benign or cancerous and is male breast cancer treatable or very dangerous?

At your age cancer of the breast is very rare. Whatever the reason- there are ways to treat what is found. So cheer up and wait till a diagnosis is made. Good luck
