Swelling above my left collarbone, no pain, no hardnesses, is it a lymph node? ongoing digestive issues for over a year now, i thought it was post-infectious ibs? i had a globus sensation for a few weeks. dont have insurance or a job. is this cancer?

Cancer is unlikely. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
