Multisystem inflammatory syndrome with Covid has been a rather rare pediatric complication of Covid but has been seen in patients as old as 20. Symptoms include prolonged high fever, vomiting, abdominal pain, rash, but inflammation can involve many different organs if the body.

The complication of MIS C may have been more prevalent with Delta. The vaccination reduces the likelihood of MIS C. Generally, a younger patient, with fever,GI, respiratory symptoms and other systems have also been involved.
