How concerned should i be about the delta variant of covid if i am fully vaccinated and take precautions? my state's numbers keep going up and i'm hearing more and more reports of fully vaccinated people becoming quite ill and not just asymptomatic?

Continue to take precautions. Information is changing on a weekly basis re covid-19 and its variants. Taking precautions cannot hurt, it can only help.
