What you described could be reflection of light off the bubbles that normal form on urination. If you do not have any other symptoms you may watch and wait. If you get fever, pain on urination, foul smelling urine, it would be prudent to see a doctor. It may help to drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

If the urine was not orange and you saw orange when you wiped- then it is from the area surrounding the opening. Check it or have it checked.
