What you described could be reflection of light off the bubbles that normal form on urination. If you do not have any other symptoms you may watch and wait. If you get fever, pain on urination, foul smelling urine, it would be prudent to see a doctor. It may help to drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

If it is around your period. it may be that what you are seing is from the vagina rather than from the urinary bladder. The diet and some medication may also affect the appearance of the urine.
