My girlfriend had alot of past sexual partners (more than 20) she tested negative for all stds but she didn't test for hpv and oral hpv is it safe for me to be with her and kiss her?

With that many past sexual partners, your girlfriend is likely positive for HPV. Tongue kissing and open-mouth kissing may lead to its transmission. However, oral infections are uncommon and even if transmitted, they resolve on their own over a period of time.
