I have been taking vibryd for 7 weeks now, and it hasnt worked yet. im currently taking 20mg. my psychiatrist wants me to try 30mg for 2 weeks and then 40mg. i just read i need to take it with food. i wasnt. can that be the reason its not work?

Go to Drugs.com and look it up and do a interaction check with all other things you are taking. OTC as well as prescribed meds. Discuss your findings with your team and tell you have not been following the directions. Recommend reading handouts BEFORE you start taking any new med. You can learn a lot.
