You mention the self-diagnosis of a problem based on undescribed symptoms. You bemoan that no-one will treat it like your self- diagnosis. Maybe you need a consultation with an oral surgeon who can explore the problem and provide options.

Please seek evaluation by a Periodontist, a gum/bone specialist, or by a specialist Oral Pathologist. It may also be profitable to seek evaluation in the Oral Medicine/Oral Diagnosis department at one of the many fine Dental Schools in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or New York.
