What pain meds are the best too treat it patella femoral dysfunction in my left knee for 14 years ago and it pops out of place and gives way?

No pain med will correct the underlying problems of dislocation and giving way. That said, which pain meds usually work for you? Tylenol? Ibuprofen? Naproxen? It would also be useful to know if you take any other medications, since some pain meds can interact or can make some conditions worse. Consider seeing a PM&R doctor or orthopedist for best management of your condition.

There is a biomechanical component with the function of the patella femoral apparatus. Women have a tendency to be Can I have what’s called anteversion at the hips . Is more common and women because of whiter pelvis. Sometimes it can be a biomechanical problem that’s corrected by wearing an orthotic externally rotate the lower extremity to allow better function of the patella
