Why does my vision flicker from side to side in time with my heart beat when i would walk quickly and get slightly exerted? my bp is usually on the lower side 93/54 is this related in some way? thanks?

It's common for one's vision to pulsate, getting rhythmically dim and bright with, or immediately after, vigorous exercise. If this is new or there is a change in this sensation, it might be appropriate to see an eye doctor (ophthalmologist).
