I had blood drawn on 6/25. after messaging my doc about other concerns, they ordered additional tests- claiming they would be from the same blood draw. is this possible? they drew my blood 3 days ago?

It would depend on the type of test. Some tests would okay on 3 day old specimen stored in a refrigerator, others require a fresh sample. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Wish you good health!

Most labs will keep blood specimens for a week and most blood drawings obtain significantly more blood than is actually required for the tests ordered. It is very common to order additional tests after the fact and there is usually no need or advantage to obtain a fresh sample.
