Itchy throat eyes nose inner ears for 2 days. No identifiable allergy trigger. In UK so not sure its hayfever? Antihistamines not helping. Worrying?

Continous popping sounds both ears for a few months now. No blocked or runny nose, no allergies, no wax in ears. Tried antihistamines, flomist, Iliadin, mucolytics and decongestants without relief.
Dry Skin around both eyes and itchy eye corner. Also very itchy head scalp only at the back of head. Started month or two back. Taking allergy medicine (antihistamine) no help. Pl advice.
Can I take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Dramamine together, I have seasonal allergies but I am also suffering with a slight inner ear issue that's making me nauseous?
