Can i use synalar ear drops for inflammation of the ear due to allergies. if yes how many drops and how often ?

For a few days: I presume that you meant that your ear canals are itching. In the absence of any pain or pus, you may try Synalar 1-2 drop 2x daily for no more than 5 days. If the problem persists or gets worse, you will need to ask your doctor to check your ears out.
