I have an intermittent sharp stabbing pain in my right testicle. i feel it when i move a certain way and when feeling it to check for obvious lumps etc. i got a very painful sharp stabbing pain. what could this be?

Some times a small epidydimal cst can cause this if the testicle is in in a position where it gets irritated. Just change the position of your testicle. Wear a good support underwear. If you feel a lump see your Urologist.
