I have a bad odor in my nose. i keep having white thick discharge with green as well come out of my nose? it must be a sinus infection. does it sound like a sinus problem. do i need antibiotics? i have a headache with pain in right eye?

Viral infection is usually the cause of sinusitis but superimposed bacterial infection may occur. Foul odor, greenish discharge is consistent with a possible anaerobic bacteria infection. Yes, you should be treated with antibiotic, please see or call your family doctor.
