Are you absolutely sure you had an anal fissure? These are usually caused by straining to pass a hard stool& not by bicycling. Maybe you had perianal dermatitis instead. If your anus feels quite normal now, I'd start riding the scooter & observe for any anal irritation or reaction. Avoid constipation.
