No but she should take the PREP she is given to clean her out. The diarrhea will not last long and she will have a good Study.

She should not, but always possible, related or not to the prep or the reason for why she is having the procedure. Depending on how sick she is and what her symptoms are, her colonoscopy may be postponed.
