I had oral sex with women. i receive it. after 9 days i went to blood bank then after result came negative i think they use naat or pct and asked them to destroy blood bag, then took combo test at 26 days. is it conclusive for hiv or need re-test ?

I don't understand "asked them to destroy blood bag". Why would they do that or you make such a request? You were at zero risk for HIV, which has never been proved to be transmitted mouth to penis and is not considered an HIV risk. But the combination of tests you had is conclusive.
