Absolutely: All blood in the usa is tested for HIV by the most sensitive test, and has been since it became available. This is a standard for the developed world today. There is a disinformation pamphlet from a sect that opposes blood transfusion that suggests you may receive untested blood in the hospital. This is simply a lie. I am glad i can reassure you.
