Not all, 15 to 20 percent of pregnant people experience bleeding in the first trimester, only last a couple hours without any associated symptom, and just spotting (a few drops, not enough to cover a panty liner).

Agree with Dr. Le. If you have more than spotting or get cramps, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
