Does every woman experience spotting in her early pregnancy, and when might it happen? how long does it last!?

Not all, 15 to 20 percent of pregnant people experience bleeding in the first trimester, only last a couple hours without any associated symptom, and just spotting (a few drops, not enough to cover a panty liner).
