Positive pregnancy test on 6/6 and started bleeding on my expected period day of 6/7, i went to er on 6/10 for lower right pain and said i had a bladder infection and hcg was 9.. 6/15 and my hcg is 12 and progesterone is 0.1 whats going on?

A positive HCG confirms pregnancy. Low levels of HCG , while positive for pregnancy, can occur with pregnancies with impaired placental function, consistent with pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic). See your GYN physician for an exam and further testing (ultrasound), as ectopic pregnancy requires immediate treatment.

Bladder infection causes symptoms related to urine and I suspect the ER diagnosis was wrong. you should see your OB MD asap
