27m taking 50mg vyvanse for adhd. get chest tightness / ache most days. hr between 60-100 throughout day. bp lower with vyvanse than without (~135/85). is the chest tightness / ache an issue?

Vyvanse has side effect of increasing blood pressure not lowering it. Blood pressure of 135/85 is high so I wonder what your blood pressure was before taking Vyvanse. You should see your family doctor for that symptom although you are still young for significant cardiac problem.
